Light, stylish design and good connections for external devices

On board mouse is a badly designed, I prefer the more positive feel of a push button. I guess I'll get used to it.

The text is a nightmare, if I'm writing a sentence or a message, it'll jump to the line above or below & start writing in the middle of that line & it seems to jump to where ever the cursor is at that time, so it leaves you constantly editing if you're...

None, I would have give this 0/10 if I could

Arrived dirty & marked, when I turned it on the screen had a purple tint. It obviously had not been reconditioned, I re-packed it the same day, returned it & got a refund.

Both laptops did not work, one broke in a week and another sent out did not even look like it was refurbished because of a clearly broke screen both where total junk.

WIFI, STORAGE IS NOT BAD, DVD-R/W FOR THAT PRICE IS AWESOME!

ABSOLUTELY NO BATTERY LIFE-NONE WHATSOEVER! IT WON'T TURN ON WITHOUT THE LEAD, WHICH CAN BE A NUISANCE WHEN MOVING ABOUT. HOW DO WE RECTIFY THIS PROBLEM PLEASE?
