The product if worked correctly would have been suitable for my needs which is simply internet surfing and downloading music and using the Microsoft Office documents such as Powerpoint, Excel etc.

The computer continually restarts after using it for an hour and often turns into a blue screen with an error message and then restarts. This is very frustrating and obviously means you cannot use it for very long

The Keyboard is springy and does't always register. The mouse button has stopped working and the computer has started heating up excessively. I've only had it for 8 months !

Great little laptop for the money. Lightweight, portable, Windows 7. Does everything I want. All the fuss over the keyboard is nonsense as I found it perfectly adequate and wonder why people expect an Apple standard laptop for this type of money - get...

None at the price

there were none, never got 2 use it. the first one the wifi card was broken so couldnt connect to the internet. the replacement lasted 1 day and the hard drive was broken!!!

It keeps crashing and as I live Spain and brought it back with me I'm going to have to pay someone to sort it out.

Attractive and light, quick to boot

Some of the keys are a bit sticky but continued use might ease that.

Great, easy to use laptop.

It gets quite warm underneath the laptop and fairly quickly, but it's not a major problem.
