Constant Issues

Be careful. Apple makes amazing products, but if there is the tiniest of scratches, they will find a way to not have to do anything about the machines primary issues.

The computer is blazing fast. Absolutely amazing machine. Great graphics, great processor, great ram, great hard drive, etc

It seldom works. I've had the machine replaced twice already. Once because the motherboard was faulty, once because the keyboard has died. Apple is refusing to replace it now that the keyboard has died. I've never had such issues with Apple Computers...

I Love it!!

First off I would like to say I'm in love with this computer. Second this is my second mac that I have ever owned.(first was about 10 years ago powerbook 500)

Decent but could be better for the price

The trackpad is very strange and takes a bit to get used to. I suppose its inovative, but it makes accurate, fast clicking almost impossible.

It looks nice and performs quite well. Thinner than most notebooks including the last generation of MacBooks. Best features:

It's price is really the biggest con...If you can part with the Mac signature, you can get a laptop that performs just as well for litterally a grand less.

Impressive Laptop

If you have an external monitor that you want to use it must be HDCP compatible or it will not work. I have two ViewSonic LCD monitors that will not work with this Laptop because they aren't HDCP compatible.

Very impressed w/build quality.

Glossy screen (make sure there isn't any back lighting behind you.

This Flavor-Aid is tasty!

Not perfect, but if it had a matte screen and 1920x1200, it would be.

The fastest laptop you can buy from Apple.

Only available with a glossy screen coating

If you buy the Apple Mighty Mouse make sure to enable the right click in your system preference.

Transitioned from 8 years of using PC systems and one thing is apparent, it is smooth operating (Even XP running via virtual Machine). Everything feels fast and smooth. Video rendering is bearable and ease of use and set up was embarrassingly...

Battery life is average under high performance. Video port requires you to buy an accessory adapter.
