perfomance is excellent

batterry life could be longer, but i'm not complining

feel it may slow down during time, casing is plasticy but thats why its cheap

A comprehensive handbook to accompany the laptop would be very useful as more information is required when setting up the laptop for the first time.

it is what it is. a laptop that will cope with the normal middle age computer usage.

The only "bad" thing about this laptop, is the finger marks, I cant seem to get rid of them. Its a pity because I think it spoils the look of an otherwise ideal item

Excellent specification for the price, i3 core processor is quick and 4GB of RAM is ample for Windows 7. Asus pre-loads the 64-bit version of W7 so adding extra RAM won't be a problem. It's a fairly hefty laptop but the build quality is good.

Far too much bloatware (mediocre games, links to the certain app stores and movie downloads etc) - to add insult to injury the M/S Office trial wouldn't even load (is this a problem with the image Asus loads onto these laptops or peculiar to this...

Brought this for my sons 6th birthday to replace his netbook. and really happy, good quality screen boots up fast, asus update software so no hunting for updates drives.battery last around 2h 30mins.for the price i really cant fault this laptop, my 2...

my kids have better laptops than I do.... but they are worth it :)
