LOVE this laptop!

Reliable ; Fast, I can have a ton of applications open at the same time without slowing it down ; Love the design, touch pad keeps very cool ; Good for Work, School, and it can even play some modern games on medium settings. I was able to get it to...

I've owned this laptop for over a year, haven't really found any cons ; Couple little things that bug me are that the ESC key is super close to the power button, so I've accidentally over-reached a few times and put my laptop to sleep

Great One-Year experience with this lovely Laptop!

I have use this laptop for a year already and I love almost everything about it! At first, I didn't like windows 8, but now I really thought windows 8 is better than windows 7. Best laptop I ever had so far. ASUS, I love you!

Awesome looking laptop for my taste ; Comfortable keyboard (my HP laptop is pain to type) ; Easy to clean (Again Unlike my other laptop) ; Very Cool even after 10+ hours of using it (Doesn't overheats and crashes like HP's laptop...) ; Great deal ;...

I have a few ; Data storage (I need more!!!) ; One time, it crashes on me when I was playing online game

Reliable, never had a problem. I bring this laptop with me to work, to school, and at home. It's been used minimum 6 hours a day for the past year ; Fast, it was comparable to the last laptop I had, which had an i7 ; Good for recreational low/meduim...

Before it died

It was fast, didn't heat up too much, windows 8 was easy to learn, good amount of battery life

It died, I had it for less than a month, and one day it wouldn't power on without being connected to an outlet. Whenever it was on and connected to the outlet, if I unplugged it, the laptop would just shut off instantly

Very good overall

Good overall, worth the price, I would get it again. I use this for college and it has worked thusfar. Also, I have heard that I cannot boot off a flash drive to run Linux, I hope this is not the case or I will need a new computer, I am a computer...

I got this laptop for only $590 and it was a very good deal. The laptop is very quiet, fast, and it does not get hot at all. 6gb of ram is nice and the 2.6ghz processor is nice. Runs most games very well, minecraft at 60-80fps with all settings maxed

Without the discount, I would have not gotten this computer, I have had a few software issues. Sometimes the computer goes to sleep indefinatly and when i try to "wake it up" the screen fashes slightly brighter then nothing happens. Also, when I unplud...

3 week experience

It has descent graphics, it powers up quickly. Work great with offline games

I experienced patchy internet connection causing lag spikes during online gaming. Also had the laptop freeze, it would make a clinking sound then blue screen

Laptop is very well built and love the stainless steel as It keeps my palm cool while I game. I bought a cooler master for this but it doesnt even need it. Laptop is well ventilated and doesnt get very hot at all.

This laptop is perfect for anyone who goes to school and also plays games. I bought this specifically for homework and for the sims 3. So far I have five games installed and it works PERFECTLY! I most definitely recommend this computer if your wanting...

The only thing I dont enjoy about this laptop is that it is windows 8. It was a pain in the booty learning how to use it since my last laptop was windows XP, LOTS of things have changed and some things aren't compatible

Works great

Overall I very happy with it, the cons are simply minor things and for the price I'm more then satisfied.

Works great ; Playing games on med-high and over 60 fps ; Good price ; Fast and overall good solid laptop

Battery life isn't the best ; Windows 8 takes getting used to ; Not the highest resolution

A great mid-end laptop

I used this laptop as a desktop replacement since I move around and I used it mainly for playing games. So far this laptop could run several games smoothly though not in very high graphic setting. I'd say this is a very good deal for a $700 laptop
