Great Deal.

I had some money left on a gift card, so I used it to upgrade the RAM to 2GB. I really can not believe how quick and stable this little thing runs.

Win XP runs very good out of the gate. Very little bloatware. Does everything my $800 business laptop does and will last longer doing it. Great wifi reception with N speed

It is a small screen(10.1"), so most webpages will require you to use the scroll bars. Not enough to deduct an egg

Good good good!

I was really expecting this to just barely get by for basic word processing, bit it fit Mom's requirements for portability. Again though I was really pleased at how well it handles even Office 2010. Good product!

Good product all around, had a great deal around Thanksgiving on it! I got this for my mom; she wanted something portable for note taking and web browsing. She's very happy with it. When I was helping her get it set up, I was actually really surprised...

NewEgg makes you put something here. Um ... it isn't as powerful as a full fledged notebook? (Duh.) And, um, it didn't come with an orbital command center. Isn't that standard these days with netbooks? I want my my satellite, dag nabbit

ASUS Eee PC 1005HAB-RBLK003X-FR Black Intel Atom N270(1.60GHz) 10.1" 1GB DDR2 Memory 160GB HDD Netbook

Didn't boot, no restore partition on the hard drive and a scratched restore disc. Thanks a lot guys.

Zero dead pixels and case flawless. I've got another one that I got for free that needed a screen replaced and I love it. They're really good netbooks, I recommend the 1005 series but I just wouldn't suggest getting one that's been refurbished

Scratched restore disc and no operating system or partitions. Thanks a lot. I didn't get a restore cd with my other one either

Great Netbook

The power management on this Netbook is great. I can leave it on the table for days without charging it as it goes to sleep quickly and wakes up without incident

Great power management, nice looking, never crashes (with WinXP don't know about Win7). Good battery life, great wireless speed

Would be nice if I could update the RAM to 2G. Shows fingerprints (around touch pad) easily

Excellent Deal

Bought one of these for my daughter to use at schoool. I have an identical one in midnight blue I have used for over a year without problems. 2GB ram upgrade is worth doing with these Eee's - and an upgrade to Windows 7 as well. If you're looking for...

Came wrapped in bubble wrap but in flawless condition, not a scratch on it. I was concerned it might not have the 6 cell battery as the specs only said "Lithium Ion Battery" but mine in fact did come with the 6-8 hour battery. I use one of these at...

It's recertified with a 3 month warranty - but I don't expect I'll have trouble

Perfect little laptop...

I use my small netbook for a lot of things : Music/Web/Reading/Video/TV(slingbox)/games(OnLive)/SNES/SEGA Genesis. I think in a year I'll swap the harddrive it has for a 40-50 GB SSD and put 2 GB of ram on it, it should be a beast. :) Can't go wrong...

Price, I needed this below 200 and it does everything, well almost everything, my 550$ laptop does. I bought a 2nd one and told my bro-in-law to get one

A few marks on the bottom of the netbook, but nothing to be worried about, mostly from being on a table, screen was perfect and the whole laptop is perfect for the price

Product damaged

The fron cover had a gouge on it and the power adapter/charger only worked part of the time. I had to wiggle the power cord to get it to work. Returned with RMA. Informed that the power adapter was replaced and the item is being returned to me....

This netbook is probably a fairly good one, but I won't buy another "recertified" product from ASUS

ASUS does a lousy refurb

Great purchase!

Would highly recommend this product for purchase, mainly because of the great value as compared to similar products.

Great product for an amazing price! This computer, although refurbished, is in excellent condition and seems like it is brand new. It has all the features that I was looking for and is easy to set up and use

None so far

Very nice

I was hoping there wouldn't be any bloat ware installed but there was the usual like ms office and i think a link to get norton but I ended up installing linux anyway.

Very nice good looking netbook, is snappy and works well. I love the display and the fact that the charger is way smaller than my old acer aspire one is definitely a plus

Not really a con cause i didn't take any eggs off for it but the stickers that come on the hand rests are kind of annoying and hell to get off without leaving residue. Like i said not really a con but a minor inconvenience if you like it plain and...
