When searching for a notebook I was looking for something that would last me for at least my four years of undergraduate studies, something that would be light and easy to carry without compromising performance, and something that can handle a few...

Dedicated Graphics ; Nice and simple design ; Speakers are of very good quality ; Very nice price range ; Excellent performance to weight ratio ; An HDMI port ; Asus provides a full warranty for two years (maybe different for others)

Build quality could be better ; Better and sturdier plastic should have been used ; Lack of dedicated shortcut buttons ; The lack of a latch to secure the lid to the notebook when it is closed ; Battery juts out 1” from the rear

I'd highly recommend buying an additional stick of 1GB RAM, as this will ensure better and smoother performance. If you plan on traveling a lot with this notebook, you may want to consider purchasing a 9-cell battery for it and some type of enclosure...

Fast, light for the price, fast graphic card for the price, very nice and sharp screen. Easy access to part of the hardware from bottom. Comes with a good bag and recovery CD and a good manual. HDMI connection for display

Body is not sophisticated enough comparing with other brands that I had. It seems battery is hard to find for this battery in US. I hope this changes in future as my battery will be dead in one year for sure

great feature in small notebook

12.1-inch notebook for the class is synonymous with performance and the limited facilities. This can not be separated from the small size (so it is rather difficult added various facilities) and peruntukannya the target users who travel frequently...
