Excellent CPU and graphics performance, relatively cool and quiet, full HD display with wide color gamut, good upgrade options and great gaming experience

An excellent 17.3-inch gaming laptop at a not totally obscene price

Outstanding gaming performance ; Excellent keyboard and touchpad ; Superb audio and optional Blu Ray drive

Average screen ; Extremely heavy ; Design not to our tastes

Built by Asus' dedicated Republic of Gamer team, does this Haswell-powered machine live up to the ROG reputation?

Very Close to Returning

 

Was able to fix (seemingly temporarily) without actually opening the computer. If the problem subsists I will plan on returning.

Great Laptop Great Price

At the end, i am very disappointed. I understand that it'is a refurbished item, but it is also a damaged one. Apparently, nobody even tested it. Would recommend to buy this laptop, but not refurbished from newegg.
