I've been annoyed with the customer service experience so far with my repair.

The Asus has attractive styling and the appearance of being solidly constructed, but after several month of use I don't feel confident mine was assembled very well

Wifi card already replaced -- at my expense. I'm using a years-old borrowed Mac while waiting for the Asus to return from the repair show. It's sad how much smoother the Mac keyboard is and how much better constructed the Mac is overall

The notebook looks nice, pretty. Core i7, 8GB memory and 500GB HDD, touch screen. What else you want
