The manual, and the board specs state this board will not hold a Phenom 2 x4 CPU. this is not true..... install a quad core AM2+ CPU and flash the bios thru express gate without installing an OS. and your motherboard will recognize and use the CPU.

Amazing layout. board runs extremely cool, plenty of space for HUGE video cards. All benchmarks have this board with full load under triple SLI and quad core CPU, running at a mere 121 F, with only the heatsink that came with the CPU, and 2 120mm fans....

RAM slots are a bit close to CPU heatsink if you use an oversized heatsink, make sure you measure

Excellent board but useless support means no more buisness from me and plenty of others.
