Just stopped working within 90 days but getting any help seems beyond question. The mouse pad just stopped working and guess will have to go through the 0870 numbers and then waiting to even get to speak to someone.

too be honest the laptop is okay but is often very slow and predictable it often runs slow and is not what i want in a laptop

For the price, this is a good buy. Windows 7 takes a bit of getting used to as with any new system. Internet browsing quite efficient. Happy with purchase.
