*This is for the noobs complaining about blurry app text. Its not a asus thing. Its a defualt windows 8 setting that scales application UI. You can turn it off by control panel > Hardware and Sound > Display (then check Medium - 125% defult) also...

I normally go for cheap, but...

I purchased a larger SSD, which went in with no problem. There is no Windows 7 support from www.asus.com, but you can get most of the Win8 drivers to work. If you're savvy enough, you can 'upgrade' the OS with no problem.

Solid piece of equipment ; Nice colors ; Overall a good 15 inch laptop that will play games well for you ; Limited SSD storage, but easy to replace
