The new GL752VW from Asus is a success in general. We would have liked to see an IPS display, at least as an optional extra, but the TN panel is at least one of the better models. This is evident when you consider the reasonable viewing angle stability...

Good product with some flaws

 

Laptop works really well except for the glaring sleep problem. If Asus fixes this I will gladly give the review 5 stars. I just do not like the fact that we are told to update the bios when we do and the problem still exists. Asus phone support has no...

System is fast, easy to upgrade and for the money you are getting decent hardware.

Screen does not power on after it goes to sleep. Asus responds by saying you need to update your bios. The bios has been updated to version 213 and this issue is still occurring. Sleep mode is useless right now. I can't shut the lid to my laptop...

I got this for video editing. After looking around at MACS, I found this machine with a 4 GB graphics card for half the price of a Mac. Loaded Adobe Premier CC and starting editing right away. GFX card is recognized by CC and the computer performs...

Totally recommend this machine.

I love you machine! I ended up getting it for my DJ business. It has everything you could need.

Not a hardcore gamer. Perfect for me to go to lans and garage DnD nights or just grind mobs while watching Netflix. Versatile and wonderful.

Robust design. Case feels solid. Cleans up easy after long gaming sessions. No heat issues. Fan cools at a constant rate and at a quiet pace. I have logged hundred of hours of Fallout 4, and several MMOs and have seen no increase in temps. Upgrades...

Works well but definitely has issues

 

I would gladly give this laptop 5 stars aside from the few minor problems I've been experiencing already. The fast that these issues arose so quickly after purchasing this laptop, concerns me greatly.

Laptop seems to run quickly enough; granted i haven't been using it intensively yet. Bigger screen than my old laptop that I love; renders graphics much better than I'm used to.
