Great machine

Bought to use as a tablet with keyboard to travel with. Easy to carry and the battery life is long.8 hours or so. Nice and sensitive. The ports are great, nice to have an USB on the tablet itself, just get and adapter to use it with regular USB...

Takes forever to charge fully. The touchpad m1 and m2 take a lot pressure to click, I usually use a mouse or trackbTouchpadall with it if I am going to use for a while

No Office

It does what it is supposed to do ; The keyboard is small, but I hunt and peck so that isn't a problem. I knew it was small when I purchased it

Where is my Office, student version

Product stopped working after 3 days

Overall, if the product worked I would have loved to keep it. It's perfect in size and function. Unfortunately mine stopped working so I decided to return it. I also realized I am going to stick with Windows 7 until Windows 8 gets a little bit more...

Smooth touch screen ; Light weight ; Mechanism to dock and undock was easy to use

Product build quality ; Windows 8 takes time to get used to

No sound out speakers.

I'll be returning this shortly. I really like the product, but it is concerning that there are common problems encountered until you update the Bios and so forth. This should work out of the box. I'm not sure if I'll try another one or go with another...

Nice feature set. Windows 8.1. Quad core processor and 64 GB of internal memory. Cost

I prepared to do some work on it right from the start. It was highly recommended in many forums to update the Bios and Drivers. I did all of these updates, which went smoothly. Unfortunately, the speakers don't work. I can get sound out of the...

Exactly what I needed

Definitely buy this if you are looking for a very portable, power efficient, easy to use tablet/laptop hybrid

Overall Pros ; Light in comparison to notebooks of this size ; Keyboard and Tablet independently feels very good in quality and have just enough weight to give that premium feel ; Windows 8.1 (not RT) ; Battery lasts a very long time. I get days of...

These cons are not really that important ; Finger print magnet ; trackpad is small but not really a con ; trackpad has a one second lag before becoming operational when it hasn't been used in a while ; slow to charge but not an issue since you dont...

Lots of Bugs?

Asus technical support was no help, and they eventually suggested that I return it to the seller. Thank you Newegg for making the RMA process so smooth.

On paper, this still looks like a great buy as stated in my first review

With all the errors and crashes, my experience was not good. I think Asus is still working to get drivers to work. A system restore did not make it any better, and it got to the point that it wouldn't even turn on. I returned it for refund and will...

Pretty much as Advertised

Make sure it's charging a few minutes before turning on the first time and press-and-hold the power button until it starts up. I had to contact support to learn how to turn it on.

Very reasonable price, increased performance from Bay Trail processor, screen resolution good for size and price-point, full Windows 8.1 for use of legacy applications. Even the shinny finish receiving complaints isn't so bad...better than the black...

Windows 8.1...takes some getting used to. I'm still working on that. I got this device because it needed to be capable of running an older Windows application. So far, that application only makes Windows crash
