Asus Transformer Mini T102HA Review

If you're looking for an inexpensive secondary computer, a 10-inch 2-in-1 can be a highly portable and affordable option. At just $399, the Asus Transformer Mini T102HA serves as both a tablet and a miniature Windows 10 laptop with a detachable...

Asus Transformer Mini (T102HA) Review and Ratings

It's certainly no computing powerhouse. But Asus' compact detachable brings premium design, a few surprisingly high-end features, and epic battery life to a price point that's a fraction of what you'd pay for a Surface Pro 4.

Great value ; 15-plus-hour battery life in our testing ; Bright IPS display ; Usable keyboard ; Built-in fingerprint reader ; Active stylus included

Sluggish eMMC storage performance ; So-so Webcam, and no rear-facing camera ; Stylus doesn’t fit in holder ; Short charging cable

It looks good enough on paper, but we had to get the Asus Transformer Mini T102HA in our hands before we truly realized the kind of value it offers. What makes this little detachable stand apart is the fact that it’s not really a detachable in the...

Asus Transformer Mini T102HA review

Small, portable, flexible

Easily portable ; Good battery life ; Keyboard cover included

Poor performance ; Charging via USB is slow ; Trackpad isn't very accurate

If you care more about battery life than raw power, the Asus Transformer Mini T102HA may be the Windows 10 2-in-1 convertible for you.

Asus Transformer Mini review: A portable 10.1in Windows 10 laptop that takes on the Surface 3

Has Asus cracked the code for ultraportable 2-in-1 laptops with the Transformer Mini?

Lightweight ; Pressure sensitive stylus included ; Incredible battery life

Flimsy kickstand ; Sluggish performance ; Inconsistent trackpad

Great battery life is one thing the Transformer Mini offers that the competition can’t match, and if you don’t mind dropping down to the 64GB of storage, the price becomes a lot more palatable, falling to £349, and making it much easier to recommend...

Asus Transformer Mini T102HA

When it was first released, the Microsoft Surface 3 was one of the best budget convertibles on the market. It offered a compact satchel friendly design and was an ideal companion for any avid doodler, student or tablet buyer. However, it's beginning to...

Very slow, full of bugs & couldn't return.

This laptop is pretty and very portable but almost impossible to use. It is so slow and crashes all of the time. It just simply is not good enough for the price you pay. I strongly recommend against purchasing. If you, like me, consider purchasing...

Awful. Avoid.

Was looking at something to replace my chrome book, seemed good at first. Then after downloading a few basic apps I noticed it was very slow. Facebook was agonisingly slow and I hadn't even begun to fully test it. The screen staggered as I scrolled...
