Great little laptop

I would recommend this to a friend,

fast boot up speed, installed windows 10 upgrade without a hitch. Great product for the price. Light and compact.

I did not take any eggs off for this, but, the mouse pad takes getting use to. I think the plastic feels a little weak. Maybe the low price reflects these cons.

Item was not refurbished properly.

Inexpensive.

Item had cracks in the lid and palm rest at the right LCD hinge. This item did not appear to manufacturer refurbished. I would expect these broken parts to be replaced during the refurb process. Returning item for refund.
