1 or 2 Year Warranty?

I have been trying to get support from Newegg for almost 2 months to figure out if these have a 2 year warranty or not. So far after phone calls and emails we have no information. Very poor service.

Great price and said it has a 2 year warranty

Newegg says 2 year warranty, however, when the laptops arrived the boxes and the stickers near the keyboard say 12 month warranty. We run a small computer shop and only sell ASUS with 2 year warranty so I am glad we only ordered 2
