Asus Zenbook UX303LN Subnotebook Review

Sleek. The Zenbook is one of the few subnotebooks with a dedicated graphics card: powerful graphics performance in a compact form. In addition, the Zenbook has low noise and temperature emissions and good battery life.

Bright, matte IPS panel, Runs silently, Heats up moderately, Good input devices, Fast SSD, Free mSATA slot, Good battery life

Poor webcam

The Asus Zenbook UX303LN-R4274H is a compact, mobile 13.3-inch subnotebook. Despite the slim build, the laptop offers high performance and is capable of gaming. The laptop barely heats up and runs quietly. It offers good input devices and long battery...

Asus Zenbook UX303LN-R4141H Subnotebook Review

Play it again. Handy, slim, rigid, and strong. The former UX31LN/A excelled in these properties. Does its successor inherit these assets, and can it perhaps even add a few plus points?

High-quality, stiff aluminum chassis, High-capacity SSD, Matte TFT, stable viewing angles, High brightness, outdoor-suitable, Input devices' feedback, Low noise level, Casual gaming, Maintenance options, Empty, internal mSATA slot, Low-noise microphone

Poor webcam, Slightly spongy keyboard

Asus has once again tied up a round bundle that can thrill subnotebook fans with high demand on appearance. The casing milled from one piece of light metal feels good, and is still comfortable to carry around with a weight of 1.43 kilograms (~3.15 lb)....

Asus ZenBook UX303 (Skylake)

Though t's still a premium tier laptop, it's hard to beat the latest Asus ZenBook UX303UB on price. It comes with an Intel Skylake Core i7, a 512 gig SSD, QHD+ touch screen and NVIDIA 940M graphics for $1,299. The 13.3" ZenBook UX303UB has an...

Attractive all-metal design, upgradeable internals, lovely high resolution touch screen, very good keyboard, dedicated NVIDIA 940M graphics

Last gen WiFi card, no USB-C

Asus has managed to impress us again--not because of the attractive and elegant aluminum good looks of this Ultrabook... that's been the same for a few years. Sure it's still very good looking, but this time around we're impressed with how they've...

Asus Zenbook UX303LN Ultrabook

It's thin and light form factor does well to disguise the fact that it also has a discrete GeForce graphics adapter

Solid overall design and good comfort ; Can be used for some gaming ; Rich screen

Poor touchpad ; Palm rest edges could use some rounding

The Asus Zenbook UX303LN should appeal to those of you who want an Ultrabook that has a bit more going for it than most. It has a good set of features, and it can be used for some gaming, though you’ll have to be selective in the games you want to run.

Asus Zenbook UX303

Solid aluminium build ; Rich, vivid and colorful display ; Powerful for an Ultrabook

Annoying ambient light sensor ; Unambitious design ; Relatively thick chassis

A pleasant Ultrabook that makes minor advancements on the previous model, and undercuts the opposition.

Asus Zenbook UX303 review

  (Rating Hidden)

The Asus ZenBook UX303 doesn't come cheap and, for that kind of money, we'd expect a sharp, sleek laptop that's a joy to use and has plenty of battery life. But is it a delight or a dud? We put it through our tough laptop lab tests to find out.

Goondu review: Asus Zenbook UX303 February 15th, 2015 | by Alfred Siew PC 3

It brings some graphics muscle in the form of its Nvidia graphics chip, yet has been held back by the lack of a full SSD, which arguably impacts everyday tasks more.

Computer broke after 4 months

it is a very pretty brick

Computer is useless after 4 months and Asus refuses to help. The want to charge $700 to fix it which is absurd.

Tiny text

Other than the size of the text, I think it is a pretty good machine. If the text in many different programs wasn't made tiny by this machine, I would give it 5 stars.

The clarity of the image is great ; It is lightweight ; Starts up very quick

The on/off button is too close to other commonly used buttons, so the chances of accidently turning it off in the middle of working is higher. Poor design choice, there ; The text in many programs is minuscule. Using Evernote I can hardly make out the...
