Consumer review (newegg.com)

25 stars

I believe in them enough to buy 5 more of them. I'm not sure about their wifi range, but they've done well in small homes.

I had 4 of them that I sold to friends who just wanted something cheap that worked ; Nobody had any problems, so I bought 5 more

I can't put dd-wrt on them ; I spend more in gas than I make selling these

Fast installation!

Within 5 minutes or less of opening the package, I was on line with both my desktop with Ethernet and my laptop with a wireless adapter. The Wizard made installation very easy ; The cost ($14.99) was amazingly inexpensive compared to Linksys routers I...

Not really a negative but I do look forward to the day we can use USB or SATA ports to connect and not have to mess with those 110 transformers which take up 2-3 slots on a power strip. :-)

Drops Connection - Here's a Fix

I figured I could either take a chance on purchasing another brand of wireless router or use this cheap fix. In reading many router reviews paying more doesn't always guarantee fewer or no disconnects. They all seem to disconnect sooner or later. Also,...

Cheap, works great when it works, blah, blah, blah

It seems all wireless routers eventually drop their connection to the modem; some more than others. Some drop occasionally while others drop on a regular basis. Unfortunately, this Trendnet model is in the latter category. I didn't notice this when I...

Works great

Too much hassle to send it back for wireless light not working.

Works great, this is my second one

Does not come with on the go software anymore which makes it not so easy to setup. Had to install it twice with web setup to get it to work. The wireless light does not work on this one

Cheap Brick

In this case I did not get what I paid for. I learned to go ahead and pay for a reputable router brand.

Cheap

Does not work, tech support is useless. Can't get my ethernet card to access this, but their tech support can't give any help other than parroting what's in the manual. 4 different times! They apparently can't understand the procedure I outline for them
