This is an entry level notebook so it is not blazing fast, in fact it's pretty slow to startup but once it's going it's ok. Most of the HP pre-loaded software is useless only serves to slow the machine down more

AHH!! it's so slow!! it's not soooooooooo slow you want to go suicidal, but when you install something or download something, it takes FOREVER! it's pretty heavy but you can manage
