Lightweight, fast boot, regular quad-core processor (not atom), battery life, build quality. And it works beautifully as a tab. I'm impressed.

Seems to be well made.

A bit heavy, it weighs 3 pounds. Not meant to be a 'con' but just a note of interest, it is made of plastic designed to look like aluminum, so it scratches quite easily, especially on the bottom side. The battery cannot be easily removed.
