I am a software developer, and mostly use this laptop for programming. I was benefited from its 6GB RAM for memory-intensive tasks like large data processing or running VM's. As a developer, not being able to use Linux properly without touchpad was a...

1. Fast processor ; 2. 6GB RAM is enough for most tasks ; 3. Battery runs long enough (3~4 hours with normal web browsing, etc) ; 4. Changeable cover
