I originally picked this computer as I have been a previous Dell customer (and didn't have any problems with my desktop) and it was affordable on my student budget. The computer is fairly lightweight but has a good sized screen.
The computer started to fall apart after 6 months of light use.

Large Crisp Display, Intel Dual Core, Extremely fast USB ports, I get 25MB/Sec connected to my external hard drive. Runs applications flawlessly, not so great for gaming but runs some games well. The DVD-RW is fast and a plus.
