Fast, easy to use, has a separate key pad, 1950 x 1200 resolution, and a decent 8600gt graphics card. Makes this computer hold up over time, also has a blu-ray drive for movies on the go

Battery life isn't the best but with a integrated graphics card its to be expected. Also there is no HDMI only VGA output which is its biggest flaw. Other then that its smoking hot

Horrible Customer Service. Received acknowledgment of order but no confirmation. Tried email, chatting, talking and a supervisor - none of which could help. Told "order was in collections" (paid with credit card) and "configuration was wrong". ...
