Mine C400 is the first few batch es what comes with Windows 2000 Pro and 1GHZ processor. Going strong after more than 3 years of usage. It becomes speedy when I plug in a 60GB 7200RPM HDD. The lonely USB problem is solved via a PCMCIAtoUSB2.0 card....

I bought my 1.2 Dell c400 for £200 just over a year ago, upgraded the HD to an 80GB Toshiba for £70. runs vice city pretty well :) half-life runs beautifully! my graphics chipset has 64MB non-shared RAM not the 1MB specified on zdnet. this is the best...

I had paid about 350eu in juin 2006 for 1.2Ghz, 20GB and 256MB RAM. It's a deal...I recommend for everyone that seeks this type of notebook.

It doesn't have a CD Drive, you have to buy an external one, and the graphics are appaling. But I paid £199 for mine so I suppose it's what you'd expect...The customer support people are mostly foreigners who don't understand what you're talking about...
