Dell Latitude E6500 User Review

The Dell Latitude E6500 is a 15-inch business laptop designed to survive a full day of use and abuse ... and look good while doing it. The magnesium alloy construction, rugged paint finish and tough metal hinges make the Latitude E6500 more durable...

Dell Latitude E6500

The Dell Latitude E is a glimpse into the future of laptops. With high expandability, configurability and a strong design, it should suit most corporate environments.

High resolution, high quality screen, Back-lit keyboard, Dual-navigation, eSATA, PCMCIA and Express Card, Ambient light sensor

Lack of dedicated numpad, Mouse software not as configurable as it could be, Air vent on left-hand side instead of rear

The Pentium Dual-Core brand was used for mainstream x86-architecture microprocessors from Intel from 2006 to 2009 when it was renamed to Pentium. The processors are based on either the 32-bit Yonah or (with quite different microarchitectures) 64-bit...

This is a nice laptop with some good features coming as standard. We love the backlit keyboard and screen auto brightness control. Just be aware that you probably won't stick close to the base price if you start configuring this laptop to your own spec.
