Dell's first tablet offers an excellent capacitive touchscreen, but its short battery life makes it a better choice for office workers than road warriors.

The Dell Latitude XT’s unique capacitive touchscreen puts it at the head of the class in terms of tablet functionality. But is it worth the three-grand premium? Yes, but only if you pick up the nine-cell battery and you don't mind the extra bulk it adds.

This power adapter was "pre-packaged" with the computer. It always produced an error message that it was not a Dell recognized power supply and was insufficient to charge the battery and may result in slower computer performance. This is hardly a good...

Terrible product

 

Very disappointed in this tablet and its performance. Not a quality product. Between home and work and I have had about 6 or 7 different Dells. This is the worst and am losing confidence in the products and the company.

Poorly made. Flimsy connections and wireless button always getting knocked into off position. Docking port covers external CD connection. Mouse constantly freezes or jumps around resulting in clicking on things that you don't need. Scrolling in Outlook...
