Laptop developed cracked screen after 5 days normal use. Contacted Dell and explained the problem, who sent an engineer to inspect the laptop.

I've had this laptop for just over 3 months and can't fault it at all.

The item seems very good for value & I may purchase it soon. Although, I would like photo's of the actual item in question as well as a full spec list before I buy it. Thank you.
