Hard drive crapped out

It works for what I need it to do - light gaming (Civ IV), hd videos, web browsing, etc. and really performed well after boosting the RAM to 4gb

The Hitachi hard drive that came with the machine has 50 or 60 bad sectors leading to BSODs and memory errors. Such is life. $50 for a new hard drive (with a five year warranty) and I still spent less than I would've on its closest competitor
