Relatively solid workstation

We immediately wipe all new machines & reimage with W7Pro & volume licenses. This went easily with these machines & we were able to find the drivers needed for any of the special features.

Spec'd well. Seems to perform well. Has good hand feel and users comfortable with it

Have had some keys pop off one of the 3 that I bought. Easy to replace & have stayed on, but this concerns me. (-1 egg!)

some cons were inpart from my own negligence though i expected better.. was my fist laptop and im pleased with it

plenty of good stuff for the price at the time(~$300), see other reviews

not very sturdy- two of three of the usb port broke from the micro usb dongle i left inside and the support for the earphone outlet is damaged so it falls out ; static shock from the charge area. ouch ; fn key where ctrl should be- got used to it but...

Good Laptop!

Double your battery life with SSD! Did fresh install of Windows 7 32bit, made it 20 TIMES FASTER!!! Should be 4gb DDR3! MANUFACTURERS SHOULD NOT INSTALL TRASH ON THEIR COMPUTERS TO AVOID LOOSING ALOT OF CUSTOMERS!

Rugged like case ; Low Price ; Solid Construction ; Great Performance ; Great battery life

Had to replace HD to 320GB ; Original 160GB HD is not good ; Only 3GB and not DDR3 ; All drivers not compatible with 64bit Windows 7 ; Original Installed software makes computer VERY SLOW

Great for the price

Great, reliable brand. Dual core and 3GB of RAM allows for easy multitasking. Windows 7 runs great and is super fast and stable

battery life could be better, but then again, if I wanted to spend more money on an extended life battery I could

Offer I couldn't Refuse

As always quick 2 day shipping from Newegg to me. No complaints here. For the price I got it at it was definitely a good buy.

I was lucky enough to purchase this item on Black Friday for the low price of $299. I have to say that it is much better than I ever expected. Constructed very sturdily with a great array of features. Top cover is textured which gives it a more...

Ram isn't DDR3. Webcam isn't of the clearest quality. Also the hard drive is a bit smaller than most on the market. I have plans of replacing it with a 500gb Seagate for $70. :)

Perfect at a Discounted price

Got at a sales price 379.99 awesome deal for that price. Runs everything I need it too Windows 7 is wonderful for productivity. My advice wait for the price to drop to pick this baby up.

Item gave me everything I needed out of a cheap little laptop. Runs smoothly, and has a reasonably sized hard-drive. Screen is nothing spectacular, but it is good nevertheless. This computer is good for surfing the web, writing research papers, making...

Only issue I have had with the machine is it really does feel like a budget laptop in my hands, maybe that is just me but it feels slightly flimsy. If a disc is spinning and I pick up the lap top and grab hard enough I can stop the disc. Not a common...

Certainly worth $299

I got this on the fiasco that was Newegg's Black Friday sale. Its certainly worth the $299 I paid for it. Only thing is it seems to bottleneck on occassion, but not bad enough that I really care.

Fast enough ; Nice Screen ; Good Form Factor

Webcam SUCKS ; Seems to bottleneck on occasion

Good Laptop

Overall it is a very good Laptop, I'm graphic artist so I'm a little picky with the screen colors and such, my wife don't mind, but if you are in the graphic business be aware that the contras is hard to control. other than that great purchase, News...

I got his laptop for my wife, she uses for University studies and regular internet stuff, the laptop work a good speed, the combination between AMD CPU and ATI video card work better (IMHO) than the Intel dual laptops, (same price) ; monitors has good...

for some reason the touch pad always stay right where my wife and I rest the palm when we type, so the cursor or page move around, you can turn it off, but never had that problem before with other laptops ; Also the contrast of the screen is extremely...
