The company's customer support center needs some work

This laptop is not only powerful, but lightweight as well. The graphics card and top-tier display give it a hefty price tag, but only because it is one of the best gaming devices out there.

Great performance with everything it has! I've owned this laptop since 2013 and had minimal problems. Was a great deal at the time I purchased this laptop

I'm only giving 4 eggs because of the problems I had when I first received the laptop. After getting it back I've had no issues! But the problems I had was as follows; I received it with windows 8 installed when it was supposed to have win7. Also had...

Great Laptop - while it lasted

Should have gotten the extended warranty. I have another one of these ordered a month earlier (wife's computer) and it still works fine.

Great desktop replacement laptop - Windows 8, good build quality (aside from graphics card apparently)

Heavy - don't plan on carrying it around all day at school or something ; Video card died before it was 2 years old - after warranty expired. Was going to cost 500 or so to replace dead video card

Gaming Powerhouse

This laptop is a gaming powerhouse, the system runs almost any game on max graphics smooth as silk when plugged in. This laptop pulled a J.esus on me. I spilled a large cup of water on it, it died for a few days, and literally resurrected a few days...

No cons, this computer is freaking AWESOME

ram died after 1 year

nice laptop if you don't travel with it much. I use it to work in our living-room or bedroom. The ram dying is annoying but otherwise Im happy with it. Took off the 1 egg for that.

Fast. Handles games like Tera online without issue on max settings. I used to hate laptops because they are not as powerful as desktops but now this is all I use. Its heavy and feels more like a portable desktop. The instant on feature is nice

2 sticks of ram just died. been about 11 months. Computer would not post and could not get to bios. had to take out 1 component at a time to find it was the memory. Windows 8 blows. Not many computers come with windows 7 anymore though
