my laptop was fine for a month but know i get a blue screen then a black screen they are no help at gateway this is my first laptop so i cant recomend anybody but im not happy with this one

Great laptop.

I bought this notebook as a second travel mate for my Dell XPS. Great laptop, runs excellent, great layout, overall a very good investment and a very comfortable laptop. Almost as good as Dell. Gateway makes a good laptop.

We bought a Gateway and Windows got hosed for some reason. We called 1-800-GATEWAY for support. Guess what? If you buy a Gateway anywhere but their website you must call a separate toll number. WTF!? Then we needed to restore it but the restore...
