Works fine until it overheats

This was my first Gateway laptop after four Dell laptops. I have to say, it ran perfectly. I was able to play Half-Life 2 with no hiccups or hang ups. I even ran an Oracle database in the background with Outlook and software development environments...

64 bit system

 

64 bit system

Make sure you want Windows Vista 64 bit before purchasing. The 32 bit version is on the included disk, but support is only for the original, as shipped, PC. the 32 bit Vista is not an OEM OS per Gateway.
