This computer is great, not one dead pixel on arrival. It is pretty stable and fast. I was going to get the 14.1" screen but I wanted a bigger screen for movies

The screen had prox. 1/4 inch black out of pixels. I sent it back, for replacement and almost thirty days later they still have not shipped the replacement. Last call I had to give them the tracking number so they could verify they got it. I dont...
