Can't upgrade to Windows 7

HP does not offer any support. No one answers the phone. There is no information about this issue on their web site. If the upgrade to Windows 7 had worked, or HP had offered any support, I would have rated this 4 eggs for it's ability to do the...

I bought this for it's ability to stream video to the TV. It isn't powerful enough to do much more than that. It works okay for light-duty tasks such as web browsing and streaming video

It came with Vista64 installed with an upgrade to Windows 7 as part of the package. After several hours of trying to install the upgrade, the machine rebooted itself, said it couldn't be upgraded to Windows 7 and reverted to Vista. There was no...

Great Price, Great Laptop

The computer arrived in original packaging without nicks, scratches and all components working. The fan is quiet and the wife loves it (most importantly) ; Stripped the bloated Vista HP version and installed OEM version of WIN 7 home 32. Runs much faster

I'm sure this laptop would have been great if the mouse had worked. But, that's what I get for buying a refurbished laptop. If you're lucky and get 100% working hardware, then this is a steal.

The computer was fast. I, a person used to a 1GB/1.74GHz laptop, had a pleasant surprise at the speed of the laptop. The screen is a nice size for the price. The fan wasn't loud at all

When I got the laptop, the touchpad didn't work. Even after installing the drivers and turning on the touchpad, it didn't want to work. Linux Mint, Windows Vista, nor Windows 7 would detect the hardware. Also, Vista is an OS of poor quality in my...

Wonder if I can get a protective glove type cover for when it's out of the case?

The high def screen works great. The keys are spaced nicley apart and are user friendly( especially for me with my chubby fingers). All in all it seems to be a rather nice piece of equipment

The battery life isn't very long

Great Laptop

Dollar for dollar, this has to be one of the best buys in psus I have found to date. and i have spent a lot of time searching. 1000 watts. 75 amp single rail, clean finish, nearly silent. adds up to a winner..

Great laptop for the price. It is refurb but you could not tell. The unit works great

Limited supply
