Great for about 85% of general computer users

First, let me say that this is my laptop, it is not a desktop replacement, it is used to sit on my lap while I chill on the couch and watch TV or lounge in front of the coffee table. This is hands down the most comfortable laptop resting on my lap. It...

Super fast internet surfing due to dual radio antennae for wifi, good screen for viewing web content, reading, and movie watching. Free TMobile 4G data for life of the device, 4GB of RAM and Celeron dual core CPU for performance, Ability to install a...

Can't run common Windows applications for those entrenched in WIndows (that is most people), doesn't have native network share support, and doesn't have pinch to zoom even though the touch pad is multi-touch

Wonderful Machine

Definitely going to be very useful around campus this fall, planning on using it for notes in classes when allowed. Will be buying a hard cover to protect the dirt attractive white surface. Overall very pleased with my purchase.

Battery Life ; Size ; Sleek Finish ; Comfortable keyboard ; Speaker Quality ; Speedy Chrome OS

Isn't a desktop or a laptop so don't expect it to work like one

Love Chromebooks, Hate this HP

We are a Cloud consulting company, we sell hundreds of chromebooks a year, and have all the current Chromebooks for customer demos. HP has some work to do before they are ready for prime time. If, you decide to go with HP chromebooks, be certain to...

Affordable. TMobile Data is a nice feature that we dont have on other Chrome Books, speedy response

After 6 weeks, the battery stopped charging. The Charge indicator never went above 1%, and the computer would not work without the power adapter. Checked HP forums, and this is a common problem

Wait, this isn't a PC?

If you like using Google Drive and Gmail, this is a perfect laptop.

I can't tell you how impressed I am with this chromebook. The LTE setup was a breeze (200MB for LIFE!). It does everything I need to do on a laptop. I should say that I loved using Google Drive well before I got this chromebook ; I expected it to be...

None really. I would have preferred this in black. You know what Henry Ford said

Incorrect name! Great Chromebook!

The name of this item is WRONG on Newegg! This is NOT the PAVILION 14, it is the HP Chromebook 14. They are completely different ; This chromebook has the new haswell processor ; If you can spare the extra $50-60 this is definitely worth getting over...

Trackpad, once you get used to it it's great though ; Price, since for $350 you can get a normal laptop. But then again you wont get 8+ hours of battery life, or built in 4g

Close to being the ultimate Chromebook

This is my third Chromebook now. I had the original Samsung Series 5, then the 550, and not this one. This is the best by far in a few ways: 1) It is the first that actually looks like a higher quality device 2) The 14" screen is so nice. 2" does make...

Screen size ; Great build quality that is typical of HP's latest Ultrabook offerings ; Soft touch material ; Well spaced keys ; Nice Mac-book-like touchpad with gesture support ; Battery life ; Speed ; General Aesthetics ; Built in Cell radio

Weight ; Keyboard not backlit ; 200MB free monthly data is simply not enough
