HP Simple Pass is the most helpful feature and you can login to your user and all websites by using a 4-digit code, however it doesn't work on the browser opera. The buttons on the top line are also useful.

I'm not sure if this happens with all windows 8 laptops but it can be annoying when you accidentally switch between apps or enter the start page by touching the pad from the left or right toward the centre especially when the laptop is being slow.

The latest Windows has taken some getting used to but I am finding it more user friendly. Came with Macafee antivirus which got uninstalled instantly as in my experience it doesn't work and replaced with Kaspersky. Also you get bombarded with microsoft...

yes as we live abroad we play uk tv through the laptop and sometimes the programmes are just green but we can hear the programme fine, when a certain update applies it then works ok. we have to contact company to find a solution

It is still new so I hope the positive points I have indicated will hold

The colour

Windows8 is rubbish! Spoils the whole thing. It's slow, keeps crashing explorer, commands for 8 are awful. Hate it wish I'd stuck to my old one.
