This laptop was purchased after having purchased a different laptop from Newegg. The laptop screen somehow was broken, but we had a warranty on the product and got a full refund. The refunded gift card was used to afford this great new laptop!

I picked out this laptop for my mom because her previous laptop was broken. She is a writer for jingles (commercial singing) and handles her business through her laptop. I have used the laptop a few times now, and it runs great. Absolutely no problems....

This is a small criticism, but clicking on this laptop is pretty loud. I also feel like the touchpad mouse should have been downsized a little to make the keyboard easier to type on. All in all, however, this is a fantastic laptop for the price. I do...
