In 2014 I purchased a HP lap top and it hasn't missed a beat. Recently when opening the lid the hinges snapped, I rang HP and my problem was handled professionally and was followed up promptly, they had their local agents Mason and Brown of Ballarat...

Nice and light, stylish design, easy to use

Arrive with US plus connector. Had to go to maplin to buy correct plug connector for UK. Not impressed with whom ever didn't change over the socket connectors.

Keyboard has a nice feel. Screen is also clear and sharp.

Would benefit from an SSD or Hybrid SSHD hard drive to speed up boot time.

Amazing value for money. Good performance specs for the price point. Gets the job done. Can also handle Photoshop decently (for a little while).

Battery life isn't great at all. The screen resolution is 1920x1080. The screen quality is average, so it makes it look more like 720p. Still totally use able but do not expect anything too great just because it is 1080p. - Battery - Display

Lightweight and Slim Good quality 1080p TN Display Trackpad and keyboard responsive and nice to use

Poor Battery Life (2 Hours browsing the internet then it died) Very Slow Hard Drive (5400rpm) which made the laptop awefully slow and painful to use Flimsy laptop
