I've deployed 6 of these since August, the users are pleased. I upgrade them to 8GB of RAM and use 120-128 GB SSD's for storage. The rest of the package is nicer than the equivalent D-word offiering, the metalized case and keyboard are a definite step up

Lots of weird HP crud and demos have to be uninstalled, including one addin that drastically conflicted with Outlook 2010. Slightly more irritating than D-word's junk addons

The highest quality laptops I've ever used. We have purchased over a hundred and have had virtually no hardware problems. The price of these is quite competitive
