The touchpad is not good enough for a serious business user. What is more or less perfect on the ProBooks, is completely neglected on the HP 625

So Many HPs

Bought on sale. For those of you complaining about the restore partition being to large. I guess that is true. I remember it being larger than normal. For users complaining there is no Windows OS DVD or Restore discs come with this notebook. I am not...

Decent laptop. I bought it on sale for some one. I set it up for them and they like it

The media keys are aligned on the left of the keyboard. It is annoying because it offsets where you are use to the tab, shift, ctrl is etc

HP 625 DEAD

The speakers had no volume. It didn't bother my wife too much as she regularly uses earbuds when she is using this. I had replaced the screen after she closed it on a jelly bean but that was several months ago...

When it worked, it had a nice long battery life

My wife bought this laptop for her business in Feb. Now that it's August the laptop on regular shutdown won't restart. No, POST on power up. Shuts down within 4 seconds

Everything is great but battery is not great

This Laptop is perfect for what I bought it for (Homework, other word processing duties, occasional web surfing). The only downside is that the Battery will generally last 3 1/2-4 hours without being plugged in... It is a nightmare when I travel. But...

Excellent Mahine

Very impressed with this computer. Speed is awesome. Runs great. No problems as of yet. Screen size is quite good. Only caveat...I don't care for the keyboard layout. Keys are not located where I'm used to finding them.
