Review HP 630-LH384EA Notebook

A Turn for the Worse? Notebooks can be very expensive. Buyers who

Matt (anti-glare) display; Low noise emission during office use; Keyboard layout is good; Precise touchpad

Display has weak contrast; Noisy touchpad keys; Keyboard has poor workmanship; Very sensitive case; Modest battery life

The quality of the predecessors could not be maintained in the new 630 series.

Review: HP EliteBook 2760p Tablet PC

About a year ago I reviewed the HP EliteBook 2740p. Since then HP has been improving the tablet PC and now I have the HP EliteBook 2760p. The HP EliteBook 2760p combines both a tablet, and a laptop and together they make a potent combination.

I really like this laptop, it is powerful, and versatile. If you travel a lot then the EliteBook 2760p would be great because of its compact size. If you need a tablet, but you also need something more powerful than an iPad or Android tablet, the 2760p...

HP Elitebook 2760P review – a top 12 inch enterprise tablet PC

The professional tablet niche is a tough one to sell, but the newly launched HP 2760P is definitely a worthy contestant. Like always, HP went the extra mile with their Enterprise aimed devices and built a very ...

The 2760P is a very well executed convertible netbook and was built with an eye for detail. The construction is very solid and the screen is both responsive and offers good viewing angles.

HP EliteBook 2760p Review

The display rotates 180-degrees to the right and folds back over the keyboard to engage its tablet mode. One slight design flaw is that while the display snaps into place, there is a small amount of space between the keyboard and the screen's back...

Excellent performance ; Great speakers for video conferencing ; Tough build

No USB 3.0 ; Display lid won't close fully when in tablet mode

Before the EliteBook launch, the Lenovo X220 Tablet was the best convertible available. Both are now neck and neck. Which model you choose, HP’s or Lenovo's, really depends on personal preference surrounding screen size and design choices

HP EliteBook 2760p

This EliteBook model is an excellent addition to the tablet PC market. While we missed the inclusion of USB 3.0 and were a tad bewildered as to why the screen and keyboard don't sit flush when closed, the EliteBook's flaws are admittedly minor, and the...

This EliteBook boasts a powerful processor, three-year warranty and durable yet stylish design

The device lacks USB 3.0 technology but has two USB 2.0 ports

The EliteBook 2760p is a high-end business device that delivers best-in-class performance and durability.

Worthless!

Bought this PC as a good $300 replacement for my daily use - surfing, editing, videos, etc. It has decent credentials and I have not observed the heat related issues that MANY reviews note. I thought I would be lucky... but not so! This unit performs...

None - abolutely none

Cannot run 15 minutes without program failures

Constant thermal shutdowns, don't buy!!!

I checked reviews on this HP 630 laptop after the fact, and found lots of people are having the same problem I am with the thermal shutdown issue. HP should recall this item and stop causing they're customers all these hassles. They have to know there...

Looks good, good price, and worked good for the first two days

Started having thermal shutdowns after day two even though I use it on a laptop cooling pad. I am in the process of sending it back for either a replacement or repair. They better not even think of making me pay the return shipping as this is my second HP
