Review HP 635 LH416EA#ABD Notebook

Mobile Typewriter. With the 635-series, HP introduces a new gene

Low price; Large display; Long battery life

Weak single-core CPU; Multitasking too slow to be feasable; Long waiting times; Jiggly case; No USB 3.0

Alternative Models from HP's 635-series are available at HP's website (US).

HP635 AMD Notebook

Best machine I've owned. Best buy I've made to date. Performs well w/o incident. Using mostly stationary as desktop. jk

Heavier than I'd like for transport, but perfect for my current use

PC was as advertised

Only complaint is no WIndows7 disk to re-install software if needed. I tried and opened a ticket with HP but they closed the ticket and did not deliver.

Solved my problem - great for my kid

I needed an affordable laptop that would allow my daughter to get off of my desktop PC. She plays games and streams video and only my desktop had the capability at the time. Now she is happier than ever and can also watch DVDs on her new laptop....

Pleased for the price

This PC works fine and is usually quite quick. However, sometimes the screen goes gray and it takes longer for some processes to complete. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it.
