HP Chromebook 14 review: It's bigger and better than most other Chromebooks

The 14-inch display alone makes this Chromebook a better deal than most others on the market, but it also offers great connectivity and long battery life.

Bigger display than most Chromebooks ; Nicer design than most Chromebooks ; Long battery life

Shiny display catches a lot of glare and reflection ; Half-size function and cursor keys

This Chromebook comes with a 14-inch display and cheery colors, making for a better overall user experience than you'll get from cheaper models.

Colorful gadgets are mostly a ploy, I'm told. Best Buy shoppers may be drawn in by a purple camera or a shimmering orange laptop, but they leave the store with something in black. I've heard the same thing from a number of manufacturers across plenty...

Cool color options ; Excellent battery life ; Solid performance

Terrible display ; Definite low-end materials ; Heavy

A better version of the Chromebook 14 could be exactly what Chrome OS needs

The Chromebook 11 may be the gold standard when it comes to display, design and build quality among low-cost Chromebooks, but the Chromebook 14 (4G) isn't terribly far behind. And from its stepped-up performance to the expanded connectivity options it...
