Terrible

Would not purchase a used laptop again. First experience and will be my last.

Price is the only thing I can think of that was a benefit on this.

Would not run updates, after 2 reinstalls of Windows in less than a week. Cannot run Windows 10 update since it cannot finish checking for updates.

So disappointed

I am planning to call tomorrow to return this laptop back the home office premium stated on the advertisement isn't there and the screen resolution is so dim I can barely see picture on Facebook or where else.This is not worth it.

I have never been so disappointed in an item. Here's hoping that I can get an RMA as this was bout nearly a month ago to be a Christmas gift and was just opened today.
