Both of the additional batteries are to be docked at the bottom side of the notebook and clearly increase the weight and the height of the notebook. It is even possible to externally recharge the Ultra Capacity battery with a standard power adapter

Computer works well. Pretty fast for a refurbished unit. Only problems, was supposed to come with Windows 7 and came with Windows 98. Not a huge deal, but not what I thought I purchased. Also, took a long time from ordering to shipping.
