Cheap ain't good.

Low price, low quality, low level of service. When it works, it's a fine laptop, but... 1) The webcam keeps disappearing from the system setup, and you need to re-install it every time you wanna use it. 2) Microsoft's update and HPS's update "compete,"...

Awesome computer and service! Some compatibility issues with Vista but they'll work out soon when others upgrade their software.

This notebook is amazing. Perfect size, weigh, useful bottoms... The only thing that doesn't make it 5 stars is the battery that stand for only 2 hours. I recommend this notebook.
