Review HP EliteBook 8560p Notebook

Elegant powerhouse. The HP Elitebook 8560p-LQ589AW really stands

Classy design; Powerful CPU; Alternative OS (QuickWeb); Spill-resistant keyboard; 2x USB 3.0 ports; Matt display

Price

QuickWeb; it should be on every laptop. Firstly it prolongs battery life, and secondly the interface is all you need to read emails, access contact details and be available via Skype when you are on the go.

HP EliteBook 8560p Review

The HP EliteBook 8560p is the latest generation of 15-inch premium business notebooks from Hewlett-Packard. This aluminum-clad workhorse is designed to serve as a mobile desktop replacement for business professionals who need cutting-edge technology...

Durable, attractive design ; Decent battery life ; Good overall performance

Not the best graphics performance on the market ; No middle touchpad buttons ; No 1080p screen option

HP Elitebook 8560p

The panel is intensely bright and matte so that glare is practically non-existent. You can find similar anti-glare panels in the Dell E6420, Lenovo T410, and Toshiba Tecra R850. What makes the colors pop and everything else seem amazingly sharp is the...

Powerful Intel second-gen components. Extensive security and wireless feature set. Aluminum chassis. Glass touchpad. Bright, high-resolution widescreen. USB 3.0 and eSATA equipped

AMD graphics doesn't offer that big of a lift in graphics power. Less than 4 hours of battery life is mediocre these days

The HP EliteBook 8560p is a powerhouse business laptop, as its 15.6-inch widescreen and top of the line parts are there for powering through the most difficult tasks--and a modern look doesn't hurt either.

Review: HP EliteBook 8560p Mobile Workstations

The Elitebook laptop is HP's top of the line business notebook, and the 8560p is near the top of that series. The Elitebook 8560p includes several upgrade from last years model, including a faster processor, better screen, and a better video card.

In the end I am impressed with the strength and quality of the of this laptop. It is put together with some top quality parts. My main concern is the battery life. A 15″ laptop is a good travel size and is going to be taken on the road, and with just 5...

Hewlett Packard EliteBook 8560p Notebook Review

We see you rolling your eyes at the notion of an in-depth business notebook review, but hang with us, it will be worth the ride. HP emptied its entire bag of tricks on the EliteBook 8560p, the company's top-end business laptop that employs several...

Rugged design and brushed aluminum ; Huge touchpad with gestures support ; Lots of USB ports, including USB 3.0 ; Several useful utilities and security features baked in ; Tool-less access to internal components

Poor gaming performance ; No HDMI port

If concentrating strictly on the benchmarks, HP's EliteBook 8560p carried itself well in most of our general purpose tests and turned in the kind of performance you would expect out of a Sandy Bridge system. The Core i7 2620M doesn't offer the same...

HP EliteBook 8560p

Work hard, play hard. That should be HP's motto for the EliteBook 8560p. Though this workstation includes the typical suite of features that business users expect, it also has the multimedia chops to take off its tie and run consumer applications after...

Very good performance ; Excellent battery life ; Comfortable ergonomics ; Ruggedly built ; Extensive expansion capabilities

Expensive

The HP EliteBook 8650p is a fast, comfortable notebook with excellent battery life and a host of professional-level features, without a huge professional-notebook price premium.

Business laptops: HP EliteBook 8560p

HP's EliteBook 8560p is chunky, solid and looks like a piece of industrial equipment. In a way, it is.
