Super fast, easy to set up and I've had no problems so far.

Being left handed the offset trackpad sometimes means I accidentally right click but this is the case with most laptops now.

Powerful processor. Fast reaction time. Sound amazing. Illuminated keyboard is a nice touch.

Ultra glossy screen creates dominating reflections but presumably unavoidable with a touchscreen.

Design is ok, backlit keys help. Overall build quality is good. Touchscreen seems very responsive.

Windows 8 ( Very, very confusing and difficult to master ) No Email.( windows 8 won't connect to a POP server )- no Office Outlook didn't realize this laptop had no cd rom drive, hence no burning software. After buying this laptop found myself still...

Long battery life, good graphics, fast turn on. Design is smooth and sleek, professional looking. Good value for money as a refurb, almost half the price as new, and operates like new.

Disc space usage always at 100% in task manager upon turn on; need to end a few unnecessary programs to lower this and make system run faster. Too heavy since the screen is touch screen glass. Too bulky to carry as a laptop in a bag. Screen gets dirty...
