this product was great value for money . it looks brand new not re-furbished. I would recommend it

Very fast, loads of space, great opperating system. Highly recommend this laptop, i bought it as a gift for my girlfriend and she loves it and it looks excellent. Only down side is the battery life could be longer as it only lasts about 2-3 hours...

just the battery life could be better but to be honest its not a big deal.

Nice size, good processor and graphics chip. For the price, this is great overall. Very pleased.

Mouse pad is a bit difficult to get used to, but not impossible, though detection zones can be altered through the control panel. Mouse buttons not as solid as some.

worth the price with Dual-Core processor and Windows 7 64bit. In excellent condition and wouldn't know it was a re-furb.

Maybe the disc drive cover a little bit slack?

Inexpensive and definitely value for money. HD screen is really nice and performs just as specified.

As with most HP laptops, you will need to buy about 5 blank DVDs to install a recovery manager on it, in case your laptop breaks. These discs are a necessity!

very good value laptop, it has all the speed needed for day today net use but i think it whould be a bit on the slow side if used for games . In all a very nice laptop from a good company (HP) with a very moden look to it.

As this was bought for my parter as a christmas presant i have not used it that much to find many bad points, but the times i have used it im not too keen on the mouse pad as this has no boarder round it to define the edges, this is the only bad thing...
